ferris sweep build

After many months of pure coding I feld the urge to do some soldering again. Being a Rust fan, the ferris sweep already caught my eye a long time ago. Compared to other keebs, the sweep comes with only a small amount of soldering required. Perfect for getting back into it.

Because I chose traditional MX switches for my beloved lily58, I opted for the low profile version this time. To keep the contrast to the lily58 high, I went with pastel blanks which I visually really enjoy. The assembly of the first half took me longer than I'd like to admit due to an issue with the soldering tip that I identified very late. After that, the second half was a very smooth and a pleasant experience.

I flashed it with the default QMK keymap. There's not enough time currently to really commit to learning it and I doubt it will ever be my daily driver. (The lily58 has a very strong standing in that role.) But I'm very happy with my choices and I smile every time I look at it.
